Mayama vists Fujiwara Designs for his job with Rika and finds Yamada in a work meeting with Nomiya. He later approaches Nomiya about Ayu and makes sure he isn't approaching her, just for fun. Takemoto feels as if the time that had stopped has started to tick again but realises that time was ticking, and he was the one that had stopped.

When Takemoto arrives home just in time with Mayama, Morita is in his room with a meal for 3; he finds happiness over confusion in being with Morita - Takemoto smiles.

Following this was the annual flower seeing event... however, the concert is semi-cancelled after Morita tried to bungy his way into the arena ending up with serious injuries (which ends up being all fake). As Ayu realises that she can't get Mayama's attention, she asks Nomiya to take her away in the hope that Mayama will come chasing her. When this doesn't happen, Nomiya hits Ayu with the harsh words of reality describing her relationship with Mayama. Meanwhile, Morita and Mayama are concerned for Ayu and make their way back to the Fujiwara office with Miwako and Yamazaki.

In the office, Mayama blurts out how he feels about Nomiya, only to be told by Miwako and Yamazaki that him and Nomiya are actually quite alike (not only in name)

Nomiya takes Ayu to a hotel with the view of the ferris wheel; a place of memory for Nomiya regarding work. Ayu takes the chance to blurt out the truth about her feelings towards Mayama as Nomiya sits and listens. The following day when Ayu wakes up, memories of her eating, drinking and then throwing it all back up come to mind.
