There is a turn in the Fujiwara Office - Mario and Luigi decide to split, meaning there will be a Tokyo group and a Tottori group. Miwako and Nomiya have to decide who will stay and who will go. As Mayama walks in they want to tease him but he refuses to take the bait. Seriously speaking, Nomiya and Miwako are concerned for Rika with the uncertainty of Asai-san's health and decide to give a chance to Mayama in sending him to Tottori - a chance for him to quit Fujiwara Designs.

Hagu is concerned for Takemoto's well-being. In the mean-time, Asai-san talks to Mayama about his concerns for Rika, where Mayama finds out that Rika actually enjoyed his company. With that in mind, when he is told that he must leave for Tottori, Mayama leaves Fujiwara Designs and forcibly goes back to work for Rika.

Meanwhile, sushi-tatsu from downtown Hamadayama is getting married, leaving the other third generation boys with more chances for Ayu. Back at the unviersity, judges come around to see Takemoto's work - the tower of the seishun - as name by Shuuji. Back at home, Ayu is greeted with a suprise visit from Nomiya who tells Ayu that Mayama is now working with Rika again.

While in shock about Mayama and Rika, the downtown boys come to the fete - all 5 proposing to Ayu at once. Unable to meet their feelings, Ayu finally realises Mayama's position with her, and looks at their relationship objectively.
