Episode Three

As Morita, Mayama and Takemoto walk home from the public bathes, Mayama realises that he hasn't quite done anything this summer despite it being his last summer at uni. Takemoto thinks of Hagu who has gone back to Nagano over the summer and it is that very moment when Hagu calls his mobile - Morita turns away, seeing the joy on Takemoto's face. At the same time, the melody of Moon River flows from Mayama's mobile, notifying him that Rika needs his help; handing his gear to Takemoto, Mayama leaves the scene. The following day, Takemoto goes into see Mayama, only to find Morita curled up in his room wasting his electricity.

While the three of them are invited to Shuuji's house for a soba party, only Takemoto ends up going - Mayama is still at Rika's and Morita goes to work with Kaoru. The soba-party turns into a yakiniku-party; Hagu shows Takemoto the room she stays in together with her Jenny doll collections. As Takemoto offers to make a closet, Hagu requests that he makes the Rococo series which drives Takemoto crazy.

The following day, Mayama turns up to school in Rika's car only to be greeted by a violent Ayu who kicks Mayama and strangles Morita. The relationship between Shuuji and Rika is somewhat clarified; meanwhile Hagu finds herself stressing in an unfamiliar crowd during a casual date with Takemoto. Finally, Mayama tells Ayu he cannot return her feelings; seeing that, Morita goes and talks to Ayu to cheer her up.
